50 Cent is making a lot of money with his music, a clothing line, Sneakers, Vitamin Water and a lot more. He even became the #1 of Forbes' Hip Hop Cash King list. Now HipHopDX reports he is said to move into the Jewelry Industry.

For over a year, 50 Cent has been meeting with the South African Patrice Motsepe. Motsepe is the owner of African Rainbow Minerals Limited, a mining and minerals company. The Company's estimated worth is $2.5 billion.

50 Cent already visited one of Patrice Motsepe's mines but refused to talk about the rumors. He only stated according to HipHopDX: "things that people wouldn't actually expect me to be involved in."

Forbes and Advertising Age speculate that 50 Cent and Motsepe have a joint venture to design a signature line of platinum jewelry with 50 Cent's name. 50's response: "I got a diverse portfolio."

50 Cent mag zwar finanziell ausgesorgt zu haben, aber wenn’s um Business geht sind seine Augen immer noch weit geöffnet. Berichten zufolge steht er gerade mit der afrikanischen Firma “African Rainbow Minerals Limited” in Verhandlung, die im Mutterland Edelmaterialien zutage befördern.

Nachdem 50 Cent deren Minen während seiner letzten Afrika-Reise besuchte, steht er mit Patrice Motsepe, dem Boss von A.R.M.L. in Verbindung und plant angeblich eine Zusammenarbeit, aus der seine eigene Platin Schmuck-Kollektion resultieren soll.

50 selbst hält sich jedoch noch bedeckt und will die Katze anscheinend noch nicht aus dem Sack lassen.
