50 Cent is taking a page out of Derek Jeter's business plan.

The rapper, who already has proven his business acumen by investing in VitaminWater, owning his own record label and spreading his brand to fitness videos, books and Hollywood movies, has signed a deal to sell a line of 50 Cent memorabilia.

The multi-year deal with Steiner Sports, which includes autographed photos, movie-related products and even concert-worn apparel, could be announced as soon as tomorrow.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

"He's an authentic guy who gets the business portion of his career," said Robert Vazquez, the director of talent procurement at Steiner, who said the company would look to grow the 50 Cent brand by introducing him to new markets.

"We have access to [in-flight magazine] SkyMall, to Neiman-Marcus and to corporate clients that might not be familiar with 50 Cent," said Vazquez, who said the deal was the company's first in the entertainment sector.

Steiner Sports made its mark by selling authenticated sports memorabilia and having the Yankees' Jeter as a client. Jeter-autographed baseballs and game-worn jersey swatches are among the most popular items for Steiner.
