One of Hip-Hop´s nice guys, Will Smith, recently made comment about Adolf Hitler.
In a story published Saturday in the Daily Record, Smith was quoted saying: "Even Hitler didn’t wake up going, ‘let me do the most evil thing I can do today.’ I think he woke up in the morning and using a twisted, backwards logic, he set out to do what he thought was ’good."’

The writer of the article interpreted that Smith "believes everyone is basically good."

Will Smith is angry over celebrity gossip website articles that he said misinterpreted a recent remark he made in a Scottish newspaper about Adolf Hitler.

"It is an awful and disgusting lie," Smith said in a statement released Monday. "It speaks to the dangerous power of an ignorant person with a pen. I am incensed and infuriated to have to respond to such ludicrous misinterpretation. Adolf Hitler was a vile, heinous vicious killer responsible for one of the greatest acts of evil committed on this planet."

Mann, Mann als öffentliche Person muss man es sich echt 10 Mal überlegen, was man so von sich gibt. Denn die Presse liebt es, aus dem Kontext gerissene Dinge zu verbreiten.

Das erfuhr Will Smith am eigenen Leib, als er neulich in einem Interview meinte: 'Adolf Hitler wachte nicht eines morgens auf und sagte: 'Lass mich bösartige Dinge tun'. Er tat das, was er als gut und richtig empfand!'

Natürlich schrien alle möglichen Leute sofort auf und dichteten Will Smith Judenfeindlichkeit an. Naja, die können sich jetzt wieder auf ihren Arsch setzen, denn nachdem sich Willy für sein missverstandenes Statement entschuldigte, verziehen ihm die Juden bzw. die Anti-Defamation League sofort.
